Warranty Policy

It refers to products purchased with Script Technologies of Information and that present some malfunction and are outside the period of 5 business days, in these cases the product must be sent to the service centers (CAS) of the manufacturer.

Script Information Technologies, may help the client with the warranty process, of brands that do not have a Service Center (CAS) in the Mexican Republic, but not as an explicit responsibility and as an added value to our clients.

Script Information Technologies will not be able to receive products whose guarantee is granted by the Service Centers (CAS) defined by the manufacturer and that are indicated in the quotes sent to our clients.

For the Service Centers (CAS) that are located in other cities of the Mexican Republic or only abroad, the client must bear all the expenses generated by shipments and/or customs procedures.
